DRIVE: a life of risk-taking, drugs and alcohol, accidents, brain injury, impairment, and at heart a very talented, boldly creative person . . . a loss.

DECOMPRESSION from an almost violent encounter from a sick member of the family on the 4th of July.

Abuse and Meditation: later in July after a weekend of abusive and screaming events trying to deal with the addictions of a brain-damaged family member . . . I burst into this which ends up traditionally peaceful . . . but there follows a slow recurring bass allowing an improvised meditation recovering some peace . . . a very slow "stride" that I like very much.
